Monticello (Pronounced MontiCHello), VA

I woke up at 4:00 this morning to get ready for a little drive down to the home of Thomas Jefferson. We drove two hours south, met up with a few friends, and spent most of the day touring TJ's home and grounds. It's November, and it's a little cold outside, but it was a beautiful day at a beautiful place.

It is so gorgeous out there; but it is here, too. I wonder why we call our Monticello, Monti(sell-o)? Strange. Enjoyed your pictures. Old mother winter is coming Monday. Good-bye to our beautiful fall weather.
